Rewaa is an online learning marketplace that connects students with teachers. Teachers create and sell classes; students subscribe and learn.

We provide the platform and payment processing. We are not the teacher or the educational provider — teachers are independent and responsible for their own content and quality.

• You must be at least 18 years old, OR have parent/guardian consent if younger
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• One person = one account (no sharing accounts)

As a student, you agree to:

• Use the platform for legitimate educational purposes only
• Not share, resell, or redistribute class content
• Treat teachers and other students with respect
• Pay for classes you subscribe to
• Not use automated tools or bots on the platform

As a teacher, you agree to:

• Only upload content you have rights to share
• Provide accurate descriptions of your classes
• Deliver the content and sessions you promise
• Not include harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Comply with our teacher guidelines and quality standards

Earnings: Teachers receive their earnings minus platform fees. Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule.

Payments:

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency
• Payment is required before accessing class content
• We use secure third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for any taxes in your jurisdiction

Refunds:

We offer a First Lecture Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not satisfied after your first lecture, you can request a full refund within 24 hours after the first lecture OR before your second lecture begins (whichever comes first).

You may NOT use Rewaa to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, bully, or threaten others
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or damage the platform
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Manipulate reviews or ratings

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create and upload.

License to Us: By uploading content, you grant Rewaa a license to display and distribute it on our platform for the purpose of running the service.

Our Content: The Rewaa platform, logo, and design are our property. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

• Rewaa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee any specific educational outcomes
• We are not liable for teacher-created content or conduct
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific class in dispute
• We may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice

You can: Delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We can: Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Upon termination, you lose access to all classes and content. Earned teacher payouts will still be processed if owed.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
