When You Can Get a Full Refund
First Lecture Satisfaction Guarantee

Not satisfied with your first lecture? Request a full refund within 24 hours after the first lecture OR before your second lecture begins — whichever comes first.

Teacher Cancels the Class

Full refund if the teacher cancels or fails to deliver scheduled sessions.

Technical Issues on Our End

Full refund if platform issues prevent you from accessing your class and we can't fix them within 48 hours.

When Refunds Are Not Available
After 24 hours from your first lecture
After your second lecture has begun
If you missed the first lecture without notice
Dissatisfaction with grades or academic progress
Personal scheduling conflicts or internet issues on your end
Account terminated for violating our Terms of Service

Note: We do not offer partial refunds. It's either a full refund within the eligible period or no refund.

How to Request a Refund
  1. Email us at help@rewaa.org with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email, class name, and reason for refund
  3. We'll review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

Processing Time:

  • • Card payments: 5-10 business days
  • • Cryptocurrency: 7-14 business days (refunded in same crypto)
